Not what we expected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This range has some great features and we love the look, but almost immediately the glass top scratched and when the oven says it is at the set temperature it is almost 100 degrees off. It eventually gets to temp but you have to use an additional thermometer to make sure.

It's nice not to have to heat the oven to cook a little frozen pizza. I really enjoy the fact that it has two timers and steam as well as heated self cleaning. When you read over the manual it seems a little complicated to use, but it took no time to get used to.

Love the Dual Ovens, Confusing to Operate

I really enjoy the looks, features, and durability of the glass cooktop. As someone who is rather technically inclined, I find this oven such a pain to operate. Problems: The oven light logic is flawed. If you press the oven light button, the light turns on as expected. If you open and close the door, the light turns off. Why? Leave the light on, I turned it on manually. It's an infuriating usability flaw. While the glass cooktop is durable, I find it takes forever for your pan to heat up (even on high). You can only convection bake when working in double oven mode. It's sort of a false advertising claim that this is a double-oven. Sure, it is, but they aren't standard ovens. They are convection only. So to be clear, the two ovens only operate in convection mode. To operate the oven in non-convection mode, you have to remove the inner tray that separates the two ovens. Thus, now you only have one oven.
