I haven't used this stove fully, but I love it! I chose it because the upper over also has convection. It doesn't make sense to have a second smaller oven that can save on energy but not also have convection... I just wouldn't want to use it. The upper over heats up to 350 in about 4 minutes!

It does the job you need. I like it. The only thing is now I want to cook more. :-)

There are many features to recommend this stove., including a dual oven setting and a shabbat timer setting. I do not prefer electric stoves but this one has a clean looking appearance and works well.

Somewhat disappointing for several reasons: 1.Unable to turn off convection on upper oven. 2.Unable to open oven doors separately 3.Cooktop surface is not easiest to maintain; albeit I assume that is for most smooth top surfaces. 4.Would have preferred two large burners instead of only one. 5.Would have assumed more flexibility from a large manufacturer such a Samsung. 6.Seems it's designed for convenience cooking rather than for someone who likes to cook in the traditional way. 7.Overall, the range works well with the given functions. Just not overly impressed.

I love the duel oven. I’ve been using the top half most of the time. I’ve never had a convection oven and I was nervous about that, but it is very easy to use and cooks well. So happy with this purchase. Loving the duel timers and warming features.

This is a great appliance and goes above and beyond expectations. Makes us wonder if the last one ever worked correctly. Every time we use it we are impressed. It heats up so quickly and bakes better than the last one. Still learning about all the great options and having fun cooking again.

I've been doing research on this device for over a year and never found anything close to the flexibility of the stove. Perfect for cooking small meals and large. The preheat for the oven is quick and makes during the week meals faster to cook.

I've used both ovens and they both performed very well. I tested the accuracy of the oven temperature settings and they were right on. I wasn't too impressed with the keep warm burner, but I haven't used it more than once. The largest burner works very well. So far, the product meets my demands.l

Clean look, heats up very quick, while not a true double oven it works great for us. Our old oven to 10-15 min to get to temperature we used the top oven for the first time it was under 5 min. Glad we bought it.

The stove works very well. I have used each component with no problems. You really need to clean the top after each use. The cleaner makes a difference. Please at least glance at the manual to operate it then you will love it.

The range is very versatile with its divided oven there are so many options! The warning drawer is a nice feature as is the keep warm option on the cook top. Love it! The top surface is a bit difficult to keep clean with the black reflective surface.

My husband and I bought this stove, a Samsung refrigerator and Samsung microwave 18 months ago. I literally just paid off the 18 months 0% financing and we have had issues with all three appliances within three weeks of each other. Buyer beware!!!! We didn’t have any issues with this stove and then one day I have the oven preheated at 3:25 to bake some potatoes and they caught fire within about 10 minutes. Thankfully my husband caught it or we would’ve burned the house down. After the oven cooled down I tried again and kept a close eye on it to see what was wrong. Again the potatoes started to burn and I realized it was because the top broiler elements were on rather than the oven. The control showed that the oven was set to bake but the broiler was actually on. Samsung is handling that repair for me but I have to admit I’m always going to be scared of the stove. Last night my husband and I were standing in front of the microwave where I was heating milk at 50% power for one minute and 40 seconds. We had heard a loud pop but we didn’t know where it came from. I realized that the milk didn’t heat and I said it again and realized that the microwave for now wasn’t working. My issue with the fridge freezer was that the freezer drain was clogged and the food was constantly defrosting. $275 repair for an 18 month old appliance. We have never been able to use the ice function because the ice taste terrible and there was no filter for this particular refrigerator. I blame myself for not realizing it when I bought it. Anyway I would say do your research. I have quite a bit of buyers remorse. The two stars I’m giving it is because for 18 months anyway we had no problem and I was overall happy with the appliances.

Con: The glass top get dirty quickly Pro: Cleans very easily, Gets to temperature lightning fast!, Dual zone cooking is great! "Cooking time" is a great feature because you set the cooking time for the oven and when timer is done, the oven turns off. Seriously, this oven is amazing!

I thought having a door that splits open to reveal a top and bottom separately would be great. Unfortunately neither the top or bottom are good for baking. The oven will burn the outside of the baked goods, but the inside is still under cooked. Tried all kinds of different settings but nothing helped. Pizza come out soft and floppy, no crispy crust on the bottom, even with a pizza stone. Not at all impressed with oven, and I would not buy again.

Works as advertised. Split door feature is very helpful. I mostly use the upper oven unless I am baking or cooking fir a crowd. Stove top is easy to keep clean and the elements cook well.

If you have the cash, GET IT! You will not be disappointed. Food never tasted better. Features are plenty. Saved us 30 bucks on our electricity bill since we switched from a coil top stove.

Very fast pre-heating - nothing like what I was used to with previous oven. Half-oven options mean less energy needed to only use part of the oven, and faster cook times.

Hard to keep class top clean everything shows the pre heat buzzer goes off in 3 min after turn in and oven isn’t at desired temp. Love the double door and it’s a powerful unit that does lots of good things. and I learned about the sabbath mode lol??

Moving from a knobs only, 20 year old oven to this touch screen model was interesting. Once we got the hang of it (did the unthinkable and read the instructions) it has been great. Bakes evenly and the stove top is excellent.

I like the feel of using the stove part. The nobs feel sturdy and of great quality. I have no issues with the oven, but it will not get a full proper workout until Christmas time when the house is full for ten days. I will try to update this then.
