BestBuy equals best prices, product and people. Service at delivery very friendly, communicative and helpful. This range is brilliant.

It is very practical and good quality for price but the first time I cleaned the surface a little of liquid somehow got inside the oven glass door which is out of reach to clean and has left a line of stain.

Love the double convection ovens, the fact that there are SO many options for the burners on the range, and the convenient button to only open the top oven.

Works so good and great quality. Matches our other Samsung appliances with the black chrome look.

Product seems very good so far. Rapid boil burner is slower than the burner beside it. I give the 2 stars due to the delivery experienced. I received an email with my time frame of 8am - noon. At 10:30 am was contacting and informed they were just then loading the truck. At 11:30 am received a call stating they would be there around 1:30 pm that they had just completed deliveries to their noon-4:30 pm customers. This upset me as I had a doctor's appointment scheduled. Had to cancel the appointment even though I left enough time for them to deliver and install given the time frame I was told of 8am - noon. Contacted the number for the delivery and asked for a credit for the installation charges on the two items I was charged installation. Was then informed they could not give that back the store would need to since it was purchased in store. They offered $25.00 gift card as appeasement. I accepted the $25.00 gift card after being told the store would need to credit the installation. Go to the store and am told the charges would need to be credited by the person I had original spoke with that gave me the $25.00 gift card. Had I have known I would not have accepted a mere $25.00 gift card on an over $3000.00 order. The associate at the store then sent an email regarding the fees to the original department who gave me the $25.00 gift card. That person when I asked for the installation fees to be credited said you accepted the $25.00 gift card. I would not have if I had known they were the ones who should have credited the installation. I asked to speak with this persons manager or supervisor and was told there was none and they were it. I highly doubt that. I will certainly think twice before I make another purchase at Best Buy that needs to be delivered. I would recommend product but not delivery from Best Buy.

We previously had a dual range and decided to upgrade to the flex duo. We were so glad we did, the versatility of having one large oven or two seperate ovens is great.

Been using this stove for about a month and not a single issue at all. Looks great and works like a charm. The oven heats up so fast it's almost like somethings wrong with the readout, but it's right!

Great range but it takes a little time to get used too. The "double oven" concept is great but you need a few uses before getting your temps right.

Priced a little high for what you get. If anything drips down it goes in between glass for stove and cannot be cleaned.

Love this thing. Can't believe I waited this long. The best part is the conversion from a single oven to a dual oven, just by inserting the panel.

Took me a minute to get used to adjusting my cooking times from my old stove. Over all, my favorite stove I have ever cooked with. And I am old.

To be fair, I haven’t had a chance to use the oven parts yet, only the cooktop, but I was drawn to the long list of cool features and reasonable price. So far so good!

I love my new oven. I'm learning all kinds of new things with it. So far so good. Can't wait to bake cookies and also meat at the same time.

We love our Samsung oven and its flexibility when cooking. You can open the flex door and cook multiple dinners at the same time which is great for a large family and varying dinner demands!

We're pleased with the even and efficient cooking in both ovens. The stove top pan size options has been very helpful. There are still a few features I haven't tried, but so far so great!

We love this new range. The oven is more convenient with the divider. It looks amazing and we picked it up in 3 days.

I'm happy with the purchase of my new stove. I love all of it's "bells and whistles"! Having the smaller oven has been very handy and it is used often.
