It would beep to say the oven was at temp in lest that 30 seconds, but using a thermometer, it would be barely above room temp. It would then take it 45 min to 1 hour to get close to temp, usually between 10 to 15 below and even if we waited it never got hot enough. I have gone thru many (7) warranty repair services and still nothing. I have been battling Samsun and Best Buy to try and get a refund/replacement with no luck. You have been warned!
