The hinges gave out so the door will not shut. The cost to to repair is half the original purchase cost. Samsung will not help saying it is out of warranty. Extremely dissatisfied. From a day to day performance perspective the stove top runs very hot. I would not put it above a 4 unless I was boiling water. The oven has hot spots which required rotating the oven. I did like the dual oven, usually just used the top and it was very fast to get to temp. Overall, will not buy another samsung oven after this experience.
