I was excited to get this stove worked great until about 2 months when the surface hot light never went out. Got it repaired and 2 months later it happened again. Again we got it repaired hopefully for the last time. Could be just the bad one from the batch but annoying.

I have only had the stove about 3 weeks. Love it so far.

Stove top works as expected. Im a little disappointed that for the price, the center burner is just circular rather than oblong. The ovens are a huge disappointment. Top one is convection only. It can not be used as a traditional oven which makes it difficult when you bake cookies often that only require 5 min baking times. Also, the bottom oven doesn't have enough space in my opinion. Its very diffucult to fit traditional baking dishes. My biggest complaint is the top oven does not bake evenly. The left side of the oven bakes much hotter than the right This is oven replaced a new electric version of the same model. In that stove my cookies were done on the bottom but underdone on the top. The glass top had a scratch in it. Every time I used the top oven, steam came out between the glass top and the metal edge. So far, I've been extremely disappointed with Samsung ranges.

Equipment is nothing like other good brands such as whirlpool or GE this junk and other similar appliances breaks down as soon as you begin using them. The top of the range is practically all stained and coming apart from normal usage such as heating up a pot, nothing out of the ordinary. I am completely disappointed in this brand, I also have refrigerators from Samsung and ice maker broken a year into usage a total piece of junk and a microwave that broke 3 years into usage. Purchased insurance and Bestbuy doesn't honor their repairs, being told the COVID-19 won't allow for staff to go out to homes and understood but send out a replacement unit so the consumer can continue functioning. In the meantime I have no microwave or ice maker at the home where we are confined to. Samsung stinks!!! buy something else you will definitely regret this purchase, stick to their phones that is all they can do.

I can cook small meals using small oven which preheats in about 5 minutes
