    It last for a few years and you will begin to get problems. Way too expensive to have food burning in the oven after 6 years. Stick with Samsung ONLY for tvs and cell phones.

    Double oven is nice, cook takes a little longer

    Cook top surface is hard to keep clean. We have used several recommended cleaning solutions and still find streaks on the cook top. The oven is very convenient but if you use only half it takes a little longer than recommended times.

    It's an awesome stove but the top is so hard to keep clean and a few boil overs and the stove top is ruined and permanently stained even the cleansers don't bring it back.

    No serial number sticker! No power to oven!

    Oven does not work, control paneldead on installation. Much time spent chatting with Samsung support channel, new cord installed, still no vid. Power, confirmed 50 amp service, the appliance does not have a sticker with a serial number on it. I have che led every location and no sticker. So the Ted hnician cannit come out to repair it since there is no serial number. SAMSUNG, I do not work in your factory! I am not the person or robot that failed to assign a serial number sticker to this appliance. So we wait until I can create a serial number because the Samsung help robot cannit get past the issue of no serial number sticker. I have uploaded the receipt. If I had bought an oven at Amazon I would not be experiencing. If I had bought a kitchen aid I would not be having this experience.

    Good stove overall

    I am glad I bought this stove. Overall it is a good stove. I did however have to adjust the thermostat up from the pre-set factory level, which seemed a bit low.

    I purchased this oven in Feb. 2017. I was so excited to get a double oven with a warming drawer. Great for cooking for the holidays. But by 2019 the fan in the top oven had already gone out. Of course it was no longer under warranty. Now in 2020 the lights for the clock/timers is going out. I can't help but wonder what will fail next. It is not worth the money and I can say I would never purchase a Samsung oven again. Very disappointed that it's failing after just a few years.

    The Samsung range we purchased is great. Now that we have used it. Cleaning it sucks! The brushed stainless holds stains and smudges. Not what I expected from a high end stainless product

    Not a true convection oven. I do like the feature of having 2 ovens but it is not powerful and takes a long time to heat up. The rest is average.

    Range temperature control was inaccurate.

    Multiple Internet reviews commented on inaccuracy of oven temperature control. Our experience confirmed this temperature inaccuracy of about 50 degrees F below selected temperature. We attempted to adjust this difference via a manual-described procedure. The procedure failed to correct the difference. To Best Buy's credit, they allowed us to select another unit (different brand-name) that now functions perfectly.

    the color of the side of the range does not match the side of the fridge, both are stainless. Range works great and heats up quickly. I would recommend to friends but caution about the color.

    Oven door glass exploded and shattered!!

    We’ve had this stove for about 40 days. While using the oven we hear a loud gunshot sound in the kitchen. We look inside the oven, and the inner tempered glass has exploded and shattered the entire glass panel into a million pieces!! Thankfully it didn’t explode outward and injure one of my children! We call Samsung, they send out a tech who shows up 5 days later, and instead of fixing it that day, says “ ok we’ll order the part and come back out to install it, hopefully Samsung doesn’t charge you”. ?!?!? Excuse me? Hopefully Samsung doesn’t charge me for a 40 day old stove that exploded?? Really?? Why aren’t you fixing it that day either? I had to wait another week to have them come and replace the glass panel, that’s today, we’ll see how it goes. I was hesitant to buy Samsung appliances to begin with, now I’m regretting it 100%. I don’t expect much , but I do expect my stove glass to not explode and possibly kill one of my children. I better not get charged today for the panel replacement Samsung, or this will be on the news.

    Door sticks when heat is on, and there is not a bottom heating coil on either, so if wanting a crunchy pizza bottom will not happen.

      Congratulations on your new Samsung Range. If you are just cooking a pizza, make sure that you have your divider out of the oven for single oven use.     Oven is ok. There is a light that indicates whether or not the stove top is hot. It is currently illuminated 24-7, even when the stove is cold.

    They had to come out and make a repair. One oven burner wasn’t working. They forgot to hook up a wire in the factory

    Nice oven, but is not currently baking properly

    The dual oven is a great concept. However, this oven is not baking properly. I have baked several items at the recommended time and temperature, but it is not cooked. I have to double the bake time to get it partly complete. I called about this and customer service walked me through calibrating it, but I will have to try it again to see if it works properly. It's disappointing to get a new appliance at the holidays and it doesn't cook properly!
