    I love the cooking surface, but not really liking the oven. My old oven had to separate doors and seemed to cook faster.

    I do not like the way the stovetop works. It takes forever to boil water, even at high temperature. The "fast boil" section is NOT fast. The elements go off and on during cooking which to me is a pain as I want my food to cook. Haven't used the oven a lot yet, but I do like the "little" oven so I don't have to bend over as much.

    It takes longer to bake. We have heard to add about 10-20 minutes on each bake to get the food done. Disappointed. I will return. Generally, I have loved Samsung products. This will be my first return based on quality issues. Perhaps I have a faulty stove.

    Black top is very difficult to keep clean. A simple boil over can lead to a stain thats tough to get off. The oven is split so it is convenient. Looks nice until you cook on it and then it is hard to keep clean...

    The range has a very nice appearance but it scratches easily. After cooking for the first time, I was very surprise and disgusted to see the scratches. I returned range and purchased the LG brand.

    I'm usually very happy with my purchases/installs from you guys but this time not so much. They did not level the range. Now eventually I'll have to pull it out and do it myself without damaging anything.

    The top was bad and had to be replaced immediately. It was peeling!! The entire device cooks much too hot. We still burn food all the time, and I do know how to cook!!! You can't turn the burners over a "2", or the food will most likely burn. It has no light for the top of the stove. I could go one and on. I hate it!!!! I feel strongly that our salesman lied to us about the stove.

    Worst stove/oven I ever had! Oven doesn't evenly bake and stove must have a thermostat issue, it's either not getting hot at all or it's boiling, even if on low. Also, scratches by just looking at it and is impossible to clean. Can't even get water stains off!

    Not crazy about the cook too. It needs to be polished EVERY time you use it and burners take a while to get up to temp. My old glass top was better. Lesson learned.

    Well. The stovetop and the oven are great. The self-cleaning options simply doesn't work. Like AT ALL. The appliance does not even respond to the buttons pressed

    Had the stove for 2 weeks and it went out on a Wednesday, called Samsung they are sending a technician out on Tuesday so I’m out of a stove for 6 days, gave a code of CO-D2 , looks as if the main panel is gone. I would not recommend this product. I have had Samsung before , this is very disappointing.

    Stove did not hold up well. Many scratched on the top and on the front. Paint also chipped in some areas. Would not recommend it in this finish.
