    If you are thinking of buying this sleek model that has a lot of cool features, don't! We paid $1800 for this when it first came out and after 13 months of normal use, the convection fan motor stopped working properly. Of course it stopped working just past the ONE year parts warranty, so we now have to pay for a repair which puts our total investment well over $2000. I can't imagine how this oven will even last another 5 years! When it does work, it doesn't even perform that well. It's very noisy, cooks unevenly, doesn't brown casseroles and meats well to give that good "oven-roasted" flavor, and the glass cooktop gets so hot you can barely touch it when something has been cooking in the oven for a while. I wish I had read reviews more carefully before purchasing. We could have bought THREE basic ovens for the price of this one piece of junk!! Samsung, we used to love your products. What is going on lately? :(

    Beautiful Range with a (HUGE ENGINEERING) FLAW!!!! Oven is not big enough inside to cook a Ham or Turkey while cooking other items at the same time! If you cook a Turkey or Ham, you will not be able to cook other items at different times and temperatures! Removal of the center shield prohibits duel cooking capability! Thus returned it!

    Nice look - Bad Function

    I have owned this oven for almost 5 years. The rings on the stovetop are disappearing making it look terrible. The stove is WAY too hot - liquids boil on low. Controls are unresponsive - when liquid is about to boil over on setting 8, turning it down to 2 will have no effect for quite a while. Burner will remain on requiring you to remove the pot from the stove in order to get it to not boil over. Pads in control area are hard to press. Double door was nice at beginning, but now the latch often gets stuck and I have to open the whole thing instead of just the top. Warming drawer takes way too long to warm up. Overall, after using this for 5 years, would not buy again.

    Do not buy this oven. It may not work and fixing it could take months if you are lucky Read the one star reviews they are still happening in 2021 with the oven temp problems.

    If looks can kill this is the stove

    I bought this double range from Best Buy with extra warranty. I also had them install it. I had a gas stove before with no problem.I wanted a double oven, so I use it 3 times to bake, with the top a little dry . I only had it for 5 weeks, installed in Jan. of this year. I used it Sunday night the top oven for tacos and as soon I turned it on , there were big flames in the oven. I quickly shut off the oven, open windows and my hubby came running over telling me to put a cookie sheet over the pan. I called best buy they gave me another number to call, going around circles and best buy was supposed to call me back. As of today no return call from best Buy in Salem NH. I spoke with Samsung and they are coming Thursday to look at the damage and just praying they will give another. In the mean time < I can't use the range afraid too, so we have to eat out. I am not happy for the customer service with Best Buy. I will see what tomorrow brings. In the mean time do not buy it anywhere, The installer of best Buy put in a new valve so wondering if he didn't close it and left it open for to much gas.

    The worst range we have ever had

    If I could give this item 0 stars I would. We have had this range for a little over a year. The sensor light warning about the top being hot is constantly on. Since it is out of warranty by one month we are responsible for the repair. Also the cooktop scratches very easily and is a pain to keep clean . We make minimal mess but it has to be scrubbed daily. The heat on the stovetop is another problem as it is not constant. It keeps cycling up and down and it is hard to maintain the proper temperature when cooking. I would absolutely never buy this product again. If anyone chooses to buy it, I would strongly advise purchasing the extended warranty from best buy. I HATE THIS RANGE!

    Burners get super hot which is fine until you don't want things to boil and you turn it to low and they boil anyway so we learned to live with it. Stove is about 3 years old and the broiler won't shut off after preheating the over. The broiler is not turned on mind you, it's in convection oven mode but the broiler won't cycle off. The house filled with smoke was my first clue. Really disappointed in Samsung appliances. I have a Samsung refrigerator that is junk too. So after 3 years we are replacing a $1200 range. I will stay away from all Samsung products from now on.

    This range has a very poor heating oven. I purchased it last summer and went through all of the holidays and 3 birthdays not even able to bake a decent cake. The oven does not heat up to temperature or maintain the temperature it does reach. Samsung has been very uncooperative in trying to get resolution. I would not recommend this product to any one

    We were thinking we were buying the best, but the black stainless is peeling off of the door. It is only 8 months old and Best Buy associate says we are out of luck. Big disappointment in Samsung and Best Buy.. It functions well but we found that the stovetop is difficult to clean also

    I hate this stove. you can't use two full size pots on it at the same time, the burner on the left is odd shaped and doesn't fit a large pot. that burner takes longer to heat up a pot. the top oven burns food on one side. The oven isn't big enough for what I need.

    stopped working 15 minutes after delivery, repaired by geek squad many times but never worked and still does not work just lost a lot of money on this pretty junk pile

    Had to have multiple repair attempts. Nobody could fix the issue. Does not properly regulate heat in oven or stove top.

    Oven overheating

    The oven overheat in less than 3 yrs of use. The bake goods were charred and has to shut off the main to make it open after cooling off.
