I believe it’s patten protected as it’s only stove I found with super productive function with split stove option. Save energy by only using top instead heating whole stove. Cooks perfectly. Great layout on stove top. Great value! Highly recommend!!

Other than that it is the Convection bakers dream. We use upper and lower all the time together and it works great. The self cleaning is really awesome. If you have never used convection baking or cooking, you will need to relearn as it cooks much faster. In my opinion, faster is not always better.

It's taken us a bit of time to get used to the differences in cooking times compared to our last oven, but it really does work great. People had complained in comments I saw about the surface getting scratched. We haven't had that problem. So far- we're very happy!
