The oven temperature is very erratic (sometimes runs hot other times cold, and it always tells me it's preheated when it reaches 250, no matter what temp I set it to), the top door is nearly impossible to open, the "fast boil" burner is the slowest to heat up... I've had the repairman out to fix it several times, even replaced the motherboard, but it's no better. I can't wait until I can replace it!

After used it few times, the glass from the top got little damaged, so easy. I called Samsung to help me with it , they said is nothing they can do, and just to come over to get an estimate, have to pay 200$. Last December spent over 5k , got a Samsung Fridge, Washer, Dryer, Vaccum and after a month an a half that was their appreciation giving them business. I need a dishwasher now, and I am 100% won't get Samsung anymore.

We are continually improving our products and services, and your feedback is vital to that process. The C24 error code means that the temperature sensor has detected the temperature of the oven rising at a higher than normal rate. This can be caused if the vent is blocked by something. You can clear the code by opening and closing the door a few times for about 3 seconds at a time. This will allow for the release of warm air rapidly and force some out of the vent. Congratulations on joining the Samsung Family. I understand your concern with your control knobs being warm to touch. The oven has a vent that is near the control board and you will feel warm air and it can make your control panel warm depending on how long you use the oven. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad

Make sure to inquire as to how to clean the cook top if you've never owned one. That's my only gripe - They should include a cleaning instruction page. The double oven feature is perfect and the warming tray will come in handy for the holidays - not to mention this style means you're not picking your turkey up from the floor level, too.

The fact their is true dual convection in both ovens is also nice. However, it may be user error, but it is taking some time to get used to where and how long to put items. For example cooking a frozen pizza. It would be easiest to use the top oven so it warms up faster, but I have tried several different settings and cannot get it to cook one properly in the top oven. For the money I was expecting a little more.
