Got the stove delivered and the delivery guys were excellent, took there time and got it in place perfect. Had to break it in and made a meat loaf which turned out better than it ever had. Took about 3 minutes to heat the upper stove up to 400, great for those times you forget to preheat the oven. Overall, very satisfied with this purchase.

While I loved the flexibilty of this stove, the quality sucks. Multiple repairs impacting hesting elements controls, butners. This over was inefficient and unreliable with heating, knobs not turning off, burners not heating and then finally it thew the error of death. I will never but another Samsung appliance. The refrigerator we got at the same time has been nothing but probles since a year in. Save youself the trouble. Buy something else!

The range that it replaced was 37 years old, so big jump up. The oven does take some getting use to. But over all it is a great iteam and the color is awesome.

Nice looking stove, easy to operate. It has a double oven which converts to one oven for cooking large items. So far I love it.

Living in Florida we do not use the oven much. This one offers the flexibility of just using the upper small area for baking which is prefect. Both ovens can be used independently and at different temperatures. One of the bottom shelves is a split shelf which is an awesome idea. The door can be opened to just use the top or it opens fully to access both the top and the bottom. Another great feature is the oven divider can be removed so the oven can be used as a regular size oven too (if needed). The oven heats up very quickly and it is nice to see the oven temperature on the control panel. Our previous oven was 18 years old so this has a lot more features than we are used to. The black stainless color is beautiful.

I love my new black stainless steel Samsung double oven range! I knew I wanted a double oven range, but wasn't quite sure which one was best for my needs. The Best Buy salesman was well informed and guided me to the exact range for me! My Samsung double oven range works perfectly and cleans up great!

Worked well for 3-4 years. Then started to have heating trouble with the oven, but was great while it worked

Great stove other than I ever heating on top oven.

Oven works great, heats up relatively fast and options are nice. Been cooking and baking for two weeks and everything cooks as it should. Haven't tested it as a dual oven yet. Love having such a large oven! Looks great! Cons: Back burners take forever to boil. Dial print should be a different color, very difficult to read. Timer shuts off after a minute so this can be a problem if you miss it, should continue to sound. Control pad doesn't respond well, you have to push very hard, sometimes repeatedly. Will be keeping an eye on this as it may be a defect in my unit. My 20yo oven's pad was much easier, so there might be a problem with this oven's pad.

Samsung needs to stick to electronics. Wish I had read customer reviews from https://www.consumeraffairs.com/homeowners/samsung-stove-oven-range.html before purchasing. They list 167 complaints on their ranges alone and rate them one star overall. On October 15, 2015, we replaced a perfectly good stove top that we had for over 10 years because the oven was broken. We were quite excited to have a working oven, but were quickly disappointed as it was not heating properly. Additionally, the keys on the display were hard to push, the fast boiler feature does not work, and the stove top is starting to show signs of cracking from heat (something many consumers are complaining about). A technician had to replace the display, the main board and two probes on a six month old stove . He needs to come back to fix the fast boil and submitted pictures of the cracks to Samsung Product Review to approve. Samsung claims it's esthetic and won't approve the replacement. If you look on consumer affairs site, you will see that it eventually cracks completely when you least expected. Our range is less than six months old and already has caused more issues than any of our other appliances that are over 10 years old. I suggest Best Buy take them off the floor. I forecast that Samsung is a range away from a class action law suit.

Just purchased recently but I'M so excited! Looking forward to preparing my Holiday meals....I've been watching this online for months, finally I got to purchase it..so many different sizes of stove top burners. Love the bottom warming drawer. The double convection oven is a wonderful feature the smaller one is great for smaller items. I like all the control knobs being on the top of the stove as I have small Grandchildren who could turn them on & would be a disaster. JUST LOVE IT!

Buyers beware -- The Samsung NE59J7850WS Electric Flex Duo Range with dual doors looks nice and has neat features but may not work as designed. We purchased such a unit and being retired did not use the lower or full oven until after the warrantee had expired. When the range was installed we turned on and checked all the features it never occurred to us that the lower and full oven would heat as in did, reach the set temperature then drop the setting while the display showed the original temperature setting. As one might imagine the difference did not show up until we had guests and a large dinner in the cooking process. While Samsung has a fairly good customer support they will not stand behind their product beyond the warrantee period even when it was clearly a manufacturing defect. They will not even send out a service technician if you live in a rural area. Checking more reviews of this range we have found that the oven heating is clearly a problem yet Samsung does nothing. If you are going to purchase this product make certain you test the upper, lower, and full oven in each mode (baking and convection) by using a stand alone oven thermostat and make certain the ovens hold the set temperature regardless of what the range display shows.

Absolutely terrible oven. It won't stay at a consistent temperature...won't heat up to required temp. It was 25 degrees off, so we did the adjustment up 25 degrees. It worked once, the next day it was 75 degrees off. Read online reviews, not just here. You will see that they are terrible!

This range is excellent. 2 Convection Ovens. The top one is not "true" convection. DO NOT WORRY, you'll never know because it performs outstanding. I have owned many ranges before in the past. This tops them all in performance.

The glass top cracked the first time we used the stove. Samsung sent a person and it got replaced. Now, I heard a loud noise, one burner not working and the hot top indicator light remains on at all times. These two issues in less than 5 month since we bought the stove. I love the double ovens, but I wish the glass top was better quality.

Best Buy told me the glass top would not scratch but it does scratch and scratches very easily.. I haven't been able to get any response from Best Buy or Samsung

We have had this oven for 5 years. There are Pros and Cons: Pros: Two ovens Top oven heats up fast Easy to convert oven back to single oven Easy to clean cooktop Convection cook options Cons: I wish there was no pots/pans drawer to make bottom oven larger, not able to fit large turkey Water drips down grill in the front, unable to clean glass in door After 5 years, the bottom oven fan has started making a grinding noise

Works great but the black stainless peels. Wish i knew thst before buying

I have only had it for a year and 4 months . We were having dinner and all of a sudden heard a crack . The glass top cracked on its own , perhaps due to the high heat . I hope the warranty that I got for it covers it . Will be back soon

This is one of the best stoves we have owned . The split oven is wonderful for 2 people. Heats up fast and is a pleasure to bake with.
