The screen is unresponsive. I have to touch the same spot repeatedly to get it to register that I touched it. It freezes a lot. Has no battery life. At 100% charge it will say it has something like 7 hours of life left, but an hour and a half later, it will will be at 15% charge and start giving me low battery warnings. It sucked right out the box but after a month, it got even worse. Now it will randomly restart and then will not connect with my network for at least 20 minutes, which means I can't make any phone calls or texts for that time.

I plugged it up it showed that it was charging yet 9 hours later battery is still at 5 %. Do you often ship garbage? The phone simply does not work. Now i have to go to work without a phone. Never buy from you again lesson learned
