Second phone is just ok. Battery lasts barley 8-hours and I don't even use the phone much Hope it hold up longer than a week. Employee Savannah was helpful and kind Geek Squad(sorry forgot his name) did a diagnostic on old phone and it was a nice experience. JD who helped with first phone did a good job, but yelled at me 2-3 times when I asked the same question twice with a reply you are not listening to what I am saying. Also was asking about a different phone and he just did not have the ability to come to my level.
