Had problems with the face-recognition and fingerprint recognition, so I had to type in the 4-digit code every time I want to use it.

We have always been clients of Samsung brand with no disappointment, but this phone is extremely extremely slow. I tried browsing some webpages and took me more than 1 minute to go back and forward. Also take into consideration that phone has only 1 month and maybe 5 apps installed. Best buy only offer a 2 weeks window for returns and obviously i can’t return it anymore. Do yourself a favor and keep searching for another phone.
