worst phone I've ever had

The internet gets disconnected every now and then, sometimes the apps freeze, sometimes I hear weird noises, .... I never had these issues with my old phone (I had that phone for 6 years!). Unfortunately I had to buy a new phone because my old phone was not supporting some apps. This phone is really poor quality.

I have Geek Squad and I took it to Aberdeen North Carolina and it's still not fixed. I was told I needed a SIM card and that didn't work. Very dissatisfied!

It just frustrating during calls. The brightness of the mobile screen is very insufficient and difficult to use in daylight. Apart from that battery life is too good and No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Worst Samsung

Its battery is always dead and the screen cracks so easy! Ive had it replaced twice now! Horrible phone.

I can say that this phone came without a charger and made my morning a fiasco. I had to drive to a store and search for a c to c charger. Samsung charger on their website was not available. Bestbuy needed days to ship. Samsung says on their website that since people are reusing their old chargers we stopped including them. Shame on you Samsung. My old charger is not a c type. Thank God I bought the phone weeks in advance before a trip. Imwould have been royally out of luck unable to charge my phone,

No button on the front to turn the phone on. Having to use the button on the side is not convenient. App icons are very small, no way to enlarge the icons. (My old Galaxy J7 had an "easy mode" setting where you could enlarge the App icons and had a button the front lower part of the screen to turn on the phone.) Does not include the charger, only the USB-C cable (Thank you for nothing Samsung.) Returned the phone to Best Buy the next day. I hated it.

My mother needed a new phone and we thought this would be a good basic model. Not even worth the $250 we paid :'( We realized too late that it barely had any functions and would randomly shut down or lose the internet mid-call. It now lives in a drawer and she's using the old one with the cracked screen.

The a13 was brand new and had just come out. It had all the same problems my old phone had. Right from the start I had a lot of problems. No matter what I spoke with them about, it became obvious I was stuck with my choice of purchase. It did not matter that I was having these problems immediately after purchase. My complaints started within the first 7 days of receiving the phone. I recommend you do not buy this phone. The screen goes black quickly while in use. It is difficult to wake up the screen. When I call requires that I press numbers to interact I have a real problem . The screen goes black and you can't interact . It's like the power button can wake up the screen or it can end a call , but you never know which it will do until you push the button . If I only want it to wake up the screen I'm in trouble because it might in the call and often does when I don't want it to . You have to wake up the screen in order to end a call. The only way to wake up the screen is to push the power button on the side. The power button is difficult to access. When you press the power button the screen comes on sometimes . It doesn't always work . But once you do depress the power button it often ends the call even when you are just waking up the screen to push a button.

Also it came with the charging cable but no charger. You need to purchase the charger for around $20.00
