It was an open box, it shipped with a Best Buy usb c to usb c cable. The phone was in very good condition, looks like new. Phone is ok but not your choice if you do a lot of day to day multitasking, gaming, or anything that requires a lot processing power.

Better than I expected Great cell thinking of buying agy

Phones work great so far. My husband and I each have one because the A14 was not available anymore. We were told that this phone would work for Verizon Prepaid services along with the sim card previously reviewed and this is not the case. Best Buy is being lied to by whoever determines what phones are compatible with what network. We decided to keep the phones and are now on a post-pay plan with Verizon paying more than we wanted to.

I bought this phone for my son, he loves it. Its perfect size for him. Fast enough and plenty of memory for him to play his little games he likes. And seems to always be able to get decent service range.
