Great budget phone as it's not in the S family. So don't expect top-notch performance, this phone phased out for me as I need something with more processing power.

Auto upgrades since April have improved upon original functions. I was unhappy while first navigating because individual functions appeared under multiple headings. I then realized it made me read more thoroughly with the result being a better understanding of how to use, as well as, make the phone more useful. Still encounter connectivity issues that may be because of local conditions. My biggest complaint is that I've not figured out how to lengthen the time the screen is lit up after pushing "on" button. Screen often goes dark before I can swipe up to access features.

Over all a nice decent phone for the price you pay, the camera is nice.

Phone is great. Bought it for my mom and she loes it.. will buy it again at best buy. Services was fast, great and knowledgeable people working there and willing to help you find what you need.

Great inexpensive temporary replacement for my daughter's phone when it doed all of a sudden. Pop in the sim and go!

Needed a phone very quickly as mine broke right before a trip. This phone was excellent to get the job done and I am very happy with my purchase.

It was a good phone for a while, I just didn't' like the battery life and then the keys on the keyboard started to stick and the whole screen would freeze. Other than that, it was a decent phone. I dropped it in water several times and it still worked, and I dropped it multiple times on hard surfaces before the screen finally cracked. Could be better with amount of storage.
