It is an excellent phone for the price, a very smooth 5g phone with dual SIM, lightweight design.

This "phone" should not be on the market: *After 3 months it failed to charge properly. *It cannot realistically handle more than 2 apps on the phone. *The memory is too small for it to handle even notifications without it grinding to a halt. *The camera is crap indoors. *The phone needs a manual reset 5 times a day. *Making a phonecall takes about 30-45 seconds to get it to do anything. *It butt dials when locked. *It won't unlock with biometrics. * AutoAndroid, as run through this phone, is almost lethally slow. *Samsung's warranty doesn't cover charging failure even after just 3 months. *Samsung doesn't even offer the A15 as an option for a phone to return because they know it is poorly manufactured. I thought Samsung was a good brand. But it isn't. Shocking that Best Buy are willing to sell this IMHO.

My husband is not phone savvy but has found this very easy to use. No issues so far!

Good phone for use any time anywhere all weathers.

We bought this as a replacement phone for our daughter who had cracked the screen on her Motorola. As we had the Samsung Galaxy S23s, we expected this would have similar quality and reliability, but she has been very disappointed with it. She travels over five hours to college, and finds that it has a hard time running GPS and anything else at the same time, and sometimes it will not run more than one app at a time. She also said the camera quality is not great. Overall, while it is a "phone", it's not as much as we expected for what we paid for it.
