Galaxy A15 5g is a disappointment

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very disappointed with the purchase, of course the price is not very high and I understand that I should not expect much from this phone, but it works very very slow all the time, I would say from the first day of purchase. Especially the camera, which constantly glitches. Very bad. I have not had such a super slow phone. Before this I had a Galaxy M30s, I bought it in Europe and it was good phone. I tried to buy a phone in the US with similar technical specifications. But like I said, this is a super glitchy device. P.S. This phone only has a good battery and that's it.

Basic Phone That Gets The Job Done

Overall, it’s a basic quality Android phone that’s up to date and has pretty much all of the features of flagship phones. The only thing it can’t do is play the top games well, but that can be overlooked if you’re not a gamer.

I loved mine until I tried to bring up Android Auto and got error messages that the device could not access Google Maps. Even when I set permissions to allow access, it would still not bring up the maps on the screen/

Going from bad to good

It was very nice when I came into the store and the employee heard what I had to say and helped me find what I was looking for.

It has given me problem aftet proble. I think the biggest issue is the 4G RAM...no bueno! Don't get a phone with less than 6G it makes a huge difference.

Slow, frustrating.

As soon as you leave an app, it closes all the way. If an app like a bank app, asks you to take a photo, once the camera engages, and you try to go back to the bank app, it had already closed. Even a factory reset didn't help.
