Got it on special and very satisfied. Not a premium phone, but feels solid, clear audio, doesnt feel cheap, a lil slow sometimes, not the brightest screen. All in all just a decent phone at a great price!.

Brought this phone for my dad last year and it was working great until a month ago. The touchscreen completely stopped working and unfortunately that means everything stopped. No answering calls, no browsing, no watching videos. So disappointing.

My phone stopped working. I went to Best Buy to have it checked. The technician said it was no longer able to work. He recommended a replacement which I purchased, he activated it. And all is well.

The sales person listened and guided me to the phone that fit my needs.

-The UI in the "Settings" menus is a phenomenally amazing piece of slop. -I have had numerous cell phones since 1999. This phone has the worst UI I can remember ever using—total GARBAGE. -I guess that I am not "Guessing Game Savvy" (tech-savvy) enough and neither were 3 customer service people in Best Buy- one at the phone counter, and one of the Geek Squad Techs. None of us could guess our way through the sloppy UI in the menu so that we could change several basic settings. -The software people need to stick with writing code, and let the Marketing Department do focus groups to determine the best terms to use in the menus and the best way to arrange the menus. -Not everyone has every talent. Stick with your expertise-writing code, and let those people who are expert communicators (the Marketing Department) do what is their specialty- making things "crystal clear" and super easy to understand. -Fix the sloppy UI, and this would be a decent phone at a decent price.
