The performance is laggy, apps crash frequently, the battery life is terrible, and the camera quality is nowhere near what was advertised. Overall, one of the worst mobile experiences I’ve had.”

Ive had the A50 and another one, i forget which, but they worked just fine. This one did not. I was surprised at how it lagged with everything i would do. No matter which app i used or if i was searching on google. It became annoying after 3 days, i had to return it. Even with the restocking fee:/ I just couldn’t keep using it. I got a different model.

The return process in-store was a nightmare – the manager was rude and refused to listen to my explanation. They even charged me a return fee because the phone was opened, which was frustrating since I had to check if it worked with my service. However, I did reach out to customer service online, and they were very helpful in getting my return fee refunded. While I appreciate their assistance, the in-store experience was extremely disappointing. I’m hesitant to buy from here again based on this experience.

It reminds me why I chose pixel before and once I have the cash to purchase a new pixel outright I will buy a new one. This seems to be my way of accepting responsibility for the damage I did to my last phone. And for sure - Google has a product that is light years ahead of Samsung.
