Pay a little more to upgrade

As we had the Samsung Galaxy S23s, we expected this would have similar quality and reliability, but she has been very disappointed with it. She travels over five hours to college, and finds that it has a hard time running GPS and anything else at the same time, and sometimes it will not run more than one app at a time. She also said the camera quality is not great. Overall, while it is a "phone", it's not as much as we expected for what we paid for it.

Good, inexpensive smart phone.

Best Buy couldn't run diagnostics and neither could You Break, I Fix. So bought this. Recently having glitchy response to SCREENSHOTS w/palm swipe. Don't know why :-( Has many features as my previous A51 . Good choice for basic smart phone in the A series.

Best Buy is now an online drop shipper

Best Buy processed a return without my consent and i havent gotten my money back. Says wait 10 business days. Unacceptable. No US based customer service or escalation paths.
