Bought as inexpensive replacement of my A52 that suddenly crapped out, after an update in summer 2024. Best Buy couldn't run diagnostics and neither could You Break, I Fix. So bought this. Recently having glitchy response to SCREENSHOTS w/palm swipe. Don't know why :-( Has many features as my previous A51 . Good choice for basic smart phone in the A series.

My husband likes the Galaxy A15. Staff very helpful in transferring data from old phone.

Don’t expect anything fancy. One year later and it still runs decently. Lags a little more than when it was new but with the right settings tweaked it runs decently smooth.

It was a good phone for a while, I just didn't' like the battery life and then the keys on the keyboard started to stick and the whole screen would freeze. Other than that, it was a decent phone. I dropped it in water several times and it still worked, and I dropped it multiple times on hard surfaces before the screen finally cracked. Could be better with amount of storage.

This "phone" should not be on the market: *After 3 months it failed to charge properly. *It cannot realistically handle more than 2 apps on the phone. *The memory is too small for it to handle even notifications without it grinding to a halt. *The camera is crap indoors. *The phone needs a manual reset 5 times a day. *Making a phonecall takes about 30-45 seconds to get it to do anything. *It butt dials when locked. *It won't unlock with biometrics. * AutoAndroid, as run through this phone, is almost lethally slow. *Samsung's warranty doesn't cover charging failure even after just 3 months. *Samsung doesn't even offer the A15 as an option for a phone to return because they know it is poorly manufactured. I thought Samsung was a good brand. But it isn't. Shocking that Best Buy are willing to sell this IMHO.

Bought it as a Gift to my Dad. He likes it, no issues.

It is not as easy to use as my previous Galaxy phone. I am still exploring ways to make it easier. It is working fine.

This is such a nice and smooth phone, I had to update from my previous Samsung phone and I absolutely love this phone... Great phone for a good price...
