This phone has the worst UI I can remember ever using—total GARBAGE. -I guess that I am not "Guessing Game Savvy" (tech-savvy) enough and neither were 3 customer service people in Best Buy- one at the phone counter, and one of the Geek Squad Techs. None of us could guess our way through the sloppy UI in the menu so that we could change several basic settings. -The software people need to stick with writing code, and let the Marketing Department do focus groups to determine the best terms to use in the menus and the best way to arrange the menus. -Not everyone has every talent. Stick with your expertise-writing code, and let those people who are expert communicators (the Marketing Department) do what is their specialty- making things "crystal clear" and super easy to understand. -Fix the sloppy UI, and this would be a decent phone at a decent price.

Cannot run more than once app at a time, constantly shuts down the apps I'm actively using. Resets every app every time you use them. "Reset your phone for faster performance" reappears within 10 minutes of resetting the phone. Extra storage is nice, but not worth it when the rest of the phone is garbage. Sometimes misses both alarms and phonecalls because those apps can't function properly. Going back to the A13.

The technician said it was no longer able to work. He recommended a replacement which I purchased, he activated it. And all is well.
