I paid for the phone - it should just work! Plus it constantly pops up erroneous screens and is difficult to get to the desired screen. The camera is no better than the one on my 5-year-old Samsung.

The touchscreen completely stopped working and unfortunately that means everything stopped. No answering calls, no browsing, no watching videos. So disappointing.

However, I found this phone to be the slowest and glitchiest smart phone that I have owned ever. I would have to reboot the phone several times a day for freezing. But I am giving it two stars because it at least had the security features my job required and worked if all I wanted to do on it was email and text.
