This phone is a great budget model and runs smoothly in my opinion. While there are some recent changes to the UI and UX, you can easily customize your experience via developer settings and regular settings to keep and maintain your preferences. It's simple, easy to use, and most importantly it's cost effective. While it is a little slow, it works for everyday use, just clear out unused apps and ram and you are good.

I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy A16 5G for a while now and overall it’s a solid phone for the price. The battery life is very good and easily lasts through the day. The display looks clear and bright, which makes streaming and browsing enjoyable. It’s not super fast, but performance is fine for everyday tasks. The camera is decent for casual photos and the sound is okay for calls and videos. There’s no wireless charging, but that’s expected at this price point. For under $200, this phone is a steal! You get 5G, a big AMOLED display, and solid battery life. It’s hard to find this level of quality and long-term software support at this price point. Great value for money!

I dropped my Galaxy Flip phone while traveling out of state. The touch screen no longer functional. Thats no air flight, no Uber, no access to family. Best Buy helped me with this inexpensive smart phone. getting me out of a serious jam. It was functional and served me well!

Purchased for my husband he had another brand wasn't doing what he needed for work. The Samsung products I have always trusted and owned for my kids and so far great quality and everyone hasnt had any complaints. Will purchase more Samsung products in the future.
