This is a great phone! I got it for my 87 year old mother. She loves it. It is simple to use. The best thing about it is that she can hear on it. She was getting frustrated with her old phone because she could never hear well enough on it to enjoy having conversations. It has really improved her quality of life. Now she can enjoy communicating with her friends again. I would recommend it for anyone older or with hearing issues.

Great product, great price, no issues. At first j tried the 99 dollar nokia but every week a new glitch would occur. I asked the guy at my local best buy if this entry level samsung for only a 100 dollars more would also have glitches. Je said no . He was right. Thanks man

I can't really knock off too much considering all Samsung phones come with "features and apps" preinstalled that I would rather be without, but the phone works well if you're like me and you don't really need it for much else besides basic apps, web browsing, and phone calls. Definitely a great value product.

This was a replacement phone for my daughter,her old samsung she's had since high school was damaged and cracked.Went to bestbuy ran into the samsung employee,talked to him told him what we needed.He showed us this phone was the best deal they had switched the old card into the new one and transfered all info with it.Daughter is using it and has no issue's would recomend just going to the store to find a replacement if needed.

I am happy with my new phone. It works very well. I was able to keep my old number and features are great.

Great phone! Just what I needed for an updated phone.

It is a little bit bigger than my last one but, is ok. My only problem is the screen doesn't light up when a text comes in.

Was for my mom and she seems to like it very well. Works good for the life she lives!

Overall, this product did deliver what it promised. It is a little slower than the "S", but if you need something that works and processing speed isn't your top priority, this works. It is a little wider than my wife's previous phone, but really it is a fine product for the price.
