Excellent Budget Phone, Great battery life and screen time, My daughter even brought one just like it and she loves it too.

I received excellent service when I purchased my Samsung Galaxy A16 from Best Buy in Glen Burnie, Maryland. They set up my phone for me and I have not had any problems. This was a replacement phone for my daughter,her old samsung she's had since high school was damaged and cracked.Went to bestbuy ran into the samsung employee,talked to him told him what we needed.He showed us this phone was the best deal they had switched the old card into the new one and transfered all info with it.Daughter is using it and has no issue's would recomend just going to the store to find a replacement if needed.

My old phone finally couldn't keep its charge. I had to replace it quick and this phone fit my need just. I'm completely impressed with the phone functionality and build.

Bought on sale, updating from a eight year old Samsung. Navigation and functionality was similar and transfer of data from the old unit to the new unit was done by the Geek Squad as part of the sale. Great phone for the price.

I have had this phone for 5 months now, and it's a solid phone. I haven't had any issues, and it's a great size. I recommend it.

This is a great phone! I got it for my 87 year old mother. She loves it. It is simple to use. The best thing about it is that she can hear on it. She was getting frustrated with her old phone because she could never hear well enough on it to enjoy having conversations. It has really improved her quality of life. Now she can enjoy communicating with her friends again. I would recommend it for anyone older or with hearing issues.

I got this phone and sent it to my daughter in Africa since May, yet not a single complain received about this phone. Will be purchasing more

I bought this phone cos my s22 ultra was not working and am glad I did, I've always been a samsung person so it wasnt a difficult decision. It works great and very useful

We made a cell phone purchase when it was on sale went and told the sales clerk what we wanted, so he went to get it and he rang up the total, we were pleased, he even put the protection screen on for us, and he got the protection case for the phone
