Samsung Galaxy A16 128 GB is unlocked phone and can be used with any carrier. Some trouble turning on the phone with fingerprint. It takes awhile for some apps to load. It's a bit sluggish. Works best with Less storage being used. Comes with Optimal cleaner app. It must be clean frequently for a better use.
