Screen is not bright enough to see outside, even when it's cloudy. The adaptive brighness doesnt seem to work either. It's always too bright in a dark room and has to beturned down manually. It's slow compared to my old phone. There is always a delay between tapping on something and the phone reacting. Camera is also slow to react too. Worst of all the screen cracked for no apparent reason. No impact, not dropped, just in my pocket, in a good case, pulled it out and the screen is cracked! 4 years with my old phone and never cracked. This one lasted 2 weeks. Phone looks nice, and battery life seems excellent, but thats about all the positive. Don't be fooled by all these positive reviews. Not worth the cost even as cheap as it is.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We also offer extended warranty options on eligible devices where certified technicians will take care of accidental drops and spills, as well as screen repairs and mechanical breakdowns. The Device Care feature is available to keep up with the nuts and bolts of your device's performance. "How to keep your Galaxy phone or tablet from slowing down" is a great resource to check out when you have some free time available to learn how you can automatically optimize your tablet for faster, better performance. The Galaxy A16 has a "Touch sensitivity" setting that can be enabled in the Display settings to increase the screen's sensitivity. When enabled, this setting improves the phone's ability to respond to touches, even when using screen protectors or if your fingers aren't perfectly clean.
