Great delivery of a substandardly made phone
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Service from Best Buy was exemplary, but this phone is a serious downgrade from my S21 fe. The processing functionality is alarmingly slow. Its a 6 year newer phone with wifi 5 compared to the 6e on the S21 fe. No wireless charging and alot of my apps don't function as well as before, IF they are still functional-which some aren't.

It's a very nice budget phone considering I just moved from using an iPhone 11. However, this phone will not work with Verizon's 5Guw, but will work with T-Mobile's 5Guc. I just switched from T-Mobile to Verizon and that's how I found out. The phone doesnt have the necessary hardware to handle Verizon's 5Guw and will just show 5G in the top right corner of screen. Ultimately, I would refer people to this phone.

I will assume that is because I am not used to it. I got rid of google message and switched to Samsung message. It could not find my J Lab ear buds in it's blue tooth, which I used for 2 years with the 15. I am sure I will get used to it in a moth or 2. Right now it is in a break in period.

A bit slow

We chose 2 Galaxy A16's which do what we need on the phone, however, they are a bit slower to react to commands. Have only had the phones a month, so hope we get used to them. I did not want to spend $1000 for a phone.
