This phone is so slow. Everything is slow and it's voice to text feature is terrible. I bought this to replace my lost Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. A big mistake. Luckily, a few weeks later , I found my Galaxy 25. Sadly, too late to return this one.

Staff is very helpful by my wife a new phone because she was mad that I had bought myself a new phone couple days prior got all the supplies they needed for it very satisfied.

This is an excellent phone for an android or iphone user. Comes with all the preloaded applications and you can uninstall them according to your needs.

Purchased this phone as my s23ultra died and needed a cheap phone to tide me over until the s26ultra is released. However , while I understand it is a cheap phone , the fact that it is almost unusable as a phone is unacceptable. Cannot run simple apps and expect to even be able to answer a call. While usimg google maps, an incoming call made it to my watch but the phone didnt register the incoming call for two minutes after i answered it on the watch and already hung up as an incoming call. Unable to run 2 apps at all where apps needing 2 factor codes from texts or email fully closes the app needing the code which starts a loop . Also takes about 40 seconds between each attempt to take a picture and half the time the camera fail with error.
