This phone was a good purchase but I hate that I didnt get it back in time to exchange it. It was supposed to be unlocked but it is showing that its not on a network when I try to make a call.

Great phone if youre on a budget or for someone who doesnt care for all the technology. Does have digital wallet available which is a plus.

I am not particular about cell phones. I don't have to have the latest & greatest.However, I do need a phone to function. This was the slowest most ill functioning phone I've ever had. I recently dropped my Revvl 5G & cracked the back so bad that the battery wouldn't stay in place. I purchased it used at only $140.00 & have had it for 5 years. Well, the cost to replace the back didn't make financial sense being the phones age & how much I paid for it. So, in need of a phone on a whim I bought this at the recommendation of the CS agent at Best buy. HUGE mistake. There is lag just turning it on let long running any apps on it. Plus it seemed like it was just faulty. When I went to exchange it, the CS agent couldn't even get it to return to factory settings which would remove all of my information that was left on the phone after removing the sim. It took over an hour + he had to consult the "Geek Squad" member multiple times before it finally was wiped clean of my information. Save yourself - DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!

I got this after my Samsung Galaxy s10e died after 5 1/2 years. I figured anything I bought would be faster than a phone that old. Wrong! It's much slower- tapping the screen often doesn't register for 4-5 seconds. I'll think the tap must have not gone through, so I'll tap it again, only to then have both taps register, and go somewhere I didn't want to go. The fingerprint sensor is more annoying than anything else because it works maybe 40% of the time - the passcode has become less frustrating to use. Then there's the problem of unlocking it find 3 apps open, none of which I had opened. It will randomly change display settings, move icons around, and not pick up bluetooth devices - even when everyone in the room has a phone that picks it up. As for basic functions, it works.....if you can tolerate the annoyances.

I despise this phone. This is my third or fourth cheap Samsung phone, up until now I have loved them and never had an issue. This is one is terrible. Battery life is awful. Despite my home Wifi being set to auto-connect it will not detect my home wifi without me restarting my phone every single time I return to my house. The touch screen sucks, you have to touch a very specific spot up to when pulling down the menu or it does nothing. The touchscreen failed after 3 months and I had to mail it in for repairs because the Samsung verified repair people could not repair it themselves. During the nearly 2 weeks it took for the Samsung mail in repair process I went back to my old A03 and all my problems went away. No wifi issues, no touchscreen issues. I wish I could just have a new version of the A03 phone. This phone sucks and makes me consider an iphone.

This phone is glitchy and seems to her stuck and lag. Like ir buffers. It's somewhat slow. I was told by a coworker this phone has a slow processor. Not happy about it being glitchy for it being a brand new phone.

Very bad experience. I bought open box cell phone at the store. While charging at home it turned off every 10-15 minutes and I had to turn it on each time. I went online to try to find an option to exchange but there was only option to buy. I saw that open box sells for $40-60 cheaper. The guy at the store sold me open box for full price. I bought online another phone to pick up at the store and went there to return defective open box phone. A guy at customer service wanted to charge me $45 restocking fees ! For defective opened box phone that they sold me for a full price ! After speaking with the manager, and explaining him the issues, manager treated me like I am a fool and said that the phone screen goes black because it goes to a sleep mode . I explained that I know the difference between phone turning off and the phone that goes in sleepjng mode. After spending 45 minutes and waiting for the phone to turn off while nobody is touching it, i was able to return it without paying restocking fees for defective opened box phone which they sold me for a full price. Very bad experience!
