The phone had to be replaced because he first one wouldn't charge. It's an okay phone, but it's not the same as the Galaxy phones.

Phone overheats and becomes unusable. Only had it for 1.5+ months.

Love this phone very easy to use and has all the Apps i need

This phone ,A16, is the worst phone I have ever owned in my life, period. It's slow, lagging, not responsive, very difficult to use it for anything. I just have to delete most of the app or it will not even run, it definitely not worth the money, please, don't waste your hard earned money on this. Samsung products are usually very good but why they made such a junk like this, unbelievable.

Good price for the model of the phone, great service received in store

This may be an ok phone as your kid's first phone (or grandma's last), but if you're trying to do anything serious, you'll be incredibly frustrated. It lags horribly. You can literally count the seconds between button press and reaction. Switching between apps is painful. Unless you're only working one app, this phone can't be used for gig work. I am returning mine and getting the A25+ instead. The only upside is that it is one of the few phones left that allow you to add an SD card.

This phone is 2gb and has very weak reception. I widh id be allowed a chance to trade it in for a 5gb that will be of help.. every day i regret buying it.

Mobile 5G service is only available in certain cities but will be available in more cities soon. If you are in a coverage area, the device may switch to LTE during periods of heavy use to maintain optimal device performance. Whenever 5G coverage is unavailable, your phone will automatically fall back to 4G or 3G speeds. Check if your phone is displaying the 5G indicator on the status bar. If it isn't, your phone is using either 4G or 3G. The 5G indicator's appearance will vary based on the carrier. I did not expect much when I got this phone. I knew it would not be as good as the higher grade ones. For the most part, it's OK at best. If you plan to have apps on it and have ANY load on it, it will lag, stop working, and sometimes restart on its own.
It is good for phone, and maybe news apps, anything heavier than that and the performance will start degrading drastically.

Slight difference from the A15 but not much. I would recommend this over the A15
