It is not compatible, per my carrier - It took a week to figure it out with my carrier. That put me 2 days outside the return window. Best Buy AI-automated menu-live agents not in store were no help & told me store staff are not taking calls, that they cannot connect me with a manager. The only option they give me is to travel more than an hour to the retail store to find a live person & hope they will make an exception. $200 plus an annual Geek Squad support membership & no other recourse? Worst not Best Buy in my opinion
