    This is a very slow phone. My old phone updates and charges in literally half the time. I do the updating on wifi and depending on how much needs updated you will need to find something to do it's going to be a while, no phone should need 20 to 30 minutes to update. And to charge even from just 50% you'll need about an hour and a half.

    Its abundantly slow compared to the A23. Decent camera picture. But im more of a low tech person anyways. Lots of features and bang for your buck but I dont know how to use any of it :(

    Purchased this phone as my s23ultra died and needed a cheap phone to tide me over until the s26ultra is released. However , while I understand it is a cheap phone , the fact that it is almost unusable as a phone is unacceptable. Cannot run simple apps and expect to even be able to answer a call. While usimg google maps, an incoming call made it to my watch but the phone didnt register the incoming call for two minutes after i answered it on the watch and already hung up as an incoming call. Unable to run 2 apps at all where apps needing 2 factor codes from texts or email fully closes the app needing the code which starts a loop . Also takes about 40 seconds between each attempt to take a picture and half the time the camera fail with error.

    This model is awfully slow even compared to most phones older than this. It seems like Samsung is putting their slowest processors on these lower end phones combined with a newer operating system that it's just too much for these type of phones to handle.... avoid this phone at all cost.

    Very unhappy with this phone, WIFI keeps going in and out. With out notice, Causing my carrier to charge me more.
