Laggy and stuttery. Yes it's a budget phone but it should not be so laggy on startup it thinks a tap is a hold

Worst phone I've ever had. I've always been partial to Samsung phones. I had to uprage due to data updated ending for my A71. I also have the A13 both great phones. This one slow, glitchy, overall annoying. Save your money.

Best Buy and Citi Bank are two of the most predatory companies I've ever dealt with -- never finance anything through them. No matter how small the original purchase may be, they still manage to screw you up!

Looks nice. Thats about it. Its slow screen freezes constantly having to restart it. Screen doesnt respond to my finger half the time.. 200 is to much for this phone. Highly disappointed

My Samsung phone has been really slow lately. It takes a while to react when I touch the screen, and there’s a noticeable delay when I open or select apps. Sometimes it freezes for a few seconds before it responds, which makes it frustrating to use.

I bought it for use at work, just to send and receive messages and WhatsApp and it is still slow and stuck, the unlock button is bad and the screen when turned off to activate is a sacrifice

You get what you pay for. This phone is junk. It has a short circuit. You cannot use it while charging. The screen is extremely sensitive. You type one character you get 3 different characters. You cannot move pages easily by swiping. It freezes a lot.

Imei was locked and Verizon said that they could only give me a digital SIM, no physical SIM card.

This thing stops functioning after 15 days . Bought brand new from Best Buy. No store support. Very disappointing. Now I have to scramble around to get another phone. This is bull.

Don’t buy at all it’s waste off your money the phone I bought after one week of use it crashed and took forever to restart and touch screen it responded slowly

Phone is not worth the money. Having an issue not being able to call out and advertisements popping up. Have troubleshooted and still same issue. Do not recommend this phone at all.

This was an upgrade from an A13. Frankly, the A13 performed better. It is often slow and gets hung up. I would not recommend this phone to anyone.

Phone is not even a month old and keeps losing it's signal. 2 week return window should be against the law and with any restock fee. Buy your tech elsewhere.
