    This thing stops functioning after 15 days . Bought brand new from Best Buy. No store support. Very disappointing. Now I have to scramble around to get another phone. This is bull.

    Phone is not worth the money. Having an issue not being able to call out and advertisements popping up. Have troubleshooted and still same issue. Do not recommend this phone at all.

    This was an upgrade from an A13. Frankly, the A13 performed better. It is often slow and gets hung up. I would not recommend this phone to anyone.

    Phone is not even a month old and keeps losing it's signal. 2 week return window should be against the law and with any restock fee. Buy your tech elsewhere.

    I've never used the phone. The gentleman that sold me the plan said that my bill will never be over $36/mo. now, I get a $96. bill in the mail. He assured me, no extra fees. I'm not paying that!!!!
