It's so easy to navigate the settings and get what I need quickly. The color is a beautiful light gray. I don't like black phones so I was very happy this color was available. Its not a top tier phone, but it does everything I need. I don't play games, use it for music. Great Samsung product!

Edwin at Best Buy Avon, Ohio did an excellent job with activation and set up. We got a great price on sale from Best Buy. The phone is simple and does what it's supposed to do. Very happy with purchase.

Whether you're using a phone, tablet, smart watch, or earbuds, all Galaxy devices have a set temperature range, where they operate at their best. While they may feel warm under certain conditions, like charging, this does not affect the device's lifespan or performance. However, if your devices get too warm, it could cause some issues. Although your Galaxy devices may get warm sometimes, they have built-in safeguards to alert you and protect themselves if their temperature exceeds the normal operating range. Check out, "Keep your Galaxy device at its normal operating temperature" to learn about the factors that may affect your device's temperature. There could be a number of reasons why a Bluetooth device may randomly disconnect from your Galaxy phone or tablet.
