    I received excellent service when I purchased my Samsung Galaxy A16 from Best Buy in Glen Burnie, Maryland. They set up my phone for me and I have not had any problems. I always purchase my phones, Televisions, printers and computers from BestBuy because they stand behind their products/ Plus I have Geek Squad Total Protection Service
