Unfortunately, regardless of settings, the touch response is slow and frustrating, to say the least. The placement of your finger seems inaccurate as well. For example, I can press an icon, but my finger is not aligned with the icon; it seems a bit off to the side

It would be great if Samsung adds more RAM to the device, to make it a little bit faster.

The touch screen no longer functional. Thats no air flight, no Uber, no access to family. Best Buy helped me with this inexpensive smart phone. getting me out of a serious jam. It was functional and served me well!

It does what it's suppose to do very well. I bought it for my son and he is exceedingly happy with it. He had a galaxy note9 previously and needed a replacement He said it's better than his old phone. He has no issues thus far. I am happy not having to hear any more complaining.

Fonts and icons are a small as they get and still way too big, the phone is larger than I like but I knew what I was getting. Software and processing speed is poor, it takes a while to do anything with. I'm giving it 2 stars because the camera is nice, clear and photos are better than my previous phones. Also it hasn't failed just yet after this past month or two.

I bought this as an inexpensive replacement to get me thru the job I was on. It performed well and I didn't have any issues with it
