If you own a Samsung phone or tablet, you know pretty much how this one works. It has quite a wide array of things which can be set, and things which can be shut off. Some reviews say it is slow, but I'm not much for playing games, or watching TV and movies on such a screen. The graphics are good, as is the resolution. Overall a good piece of equipment, but, also as others have said, about Samsung in general - the battery life could be improved.

Compared to my very old phone, this is a vast improvement. The display and functionality are great. I also want to thank Nor, an agent of the Geek Squad at the Richfield, MN store, for transferring all of the data from my old phone and providing a brief tutorial on using the features of the new phone. He also gave advice on where to get some online assistance which I have used.

The speed with which you open the applications is excellent and the screen looks sharp and bright, perfect for videos and social networks. The battery lasts all day without problems, even using it quite a bit. The camera takes very clear photos with good colors, especially in portrait mode. In addition, it is light and comfortable to wear. Without a doubt, a purchase that is totally worth it.”

However it can lag at times because of only 4GB of ram and only 90hz refresh rate. The display is good but not as great as advertised. The back is not glass as it appears to the eye but really good plastic; so good it can be mistaken for glass. I think this is a decent phone but would of loved to see it with at least 6GB of ram. 6-8GB of ram should be industry minimum in 2025.
