    This is a great phone for the price. I already have a higher end Galaxy as my primary phone and needed this one for my second number. For the specs and price, it's fast and efficient. There were not any cases in the Best Buy store for it, but I found one on Amazon for a few dollars that is perfect.

    This was a replacement phone for my daughter,her old samsung she's had since high school was damaged and cracked.Went to bestbuy ran into the samsung employee,talked to him told him what we needed.He showed us this phone was the best deal they had switched the old card into the new one and transfered all info with it.Daughter is using it and has no issue's would recomend just going to the store to find a replacement if needed.

    Great value for a Samsung Phone. It has the same apps, feature and functions as the more elite models but some of the bells and whistles are slimmed down. For example the A16 does not have wireless charging. Great phone if you like the Samsung infrastructure and have limited funds.
