The sale person that help us with our new phone was very helpful She answer all our questions. and put every thing from our old phone transferred into our new one as we waited.

I had the Galaxy 15 before this, so far I do not think that this is a better phone. I will assume that is because I am not used to it. I got rid of google message and switched to Samsung message. It could not find my J Lab ear buds in it's blue tooth, which I used for 2 years with the 15. I am sure I will get used to it in a moth or 2. Right now it is in a break in period.

It should be illegal to sell a phone that is this slow. Screen is fine memory is fine The processor is absolute garbage. Open up more than two apps in the thing just has a seizure. Android auto is even worse. Go ahead and upgrade to the next level a 36 or a 56 or do what I did and go ahead and get yourself up S25FE. I had no idea the difference in phones. This S25FE blows that A16 out of the water do not waste your money on this phone get a better one

I like the size, and it's 5G, but the battery drains faster than the previous Samsung Galaxy phones. The color is not as good either.

This phone is glitchy and seems to her stuck and lag. Like ir buffers. It's somewhat slow. I was told by a coworker this phone has a slow processor. Not happy about it being glitchy for it being a brand new phone.

The phone is just ok. I don't know why sometimes when i am holding the phone the long way it flips sideways. The camera pictures are not very vibrant, but it will do. The phone is good for regular basic usage.
