It seems like Samsung is putting their slowest processors on these lower end phones combined with a newer operating system that it's just too much for these type of phones to handle.... avoid this phone at all cost.

I didn't realize how heavy and clunky it was as I bought online and then picked up in the store. I don 't like not being able to change the size of my desktop icons. Have had difficulty trying to locate help for desktop issues. Photos are not as good of a quality as I expected fro as many cameras that it has. I decided that I am going to look for a smaller phone that doesn't weigh my purse down and that can actually fit in my pants pocket.

The Galaxy A16 weighs 7.06 ounces with a main display size of 169.1mm (6.7" full rectangle) / 164.5mm (6.5" rounded corners). To change app icon size on your Galaxy A16 5G, long-press an empty area of your home screen, select Home screen settings, then tap on Home screen grid. From there, you can adjust the grid layout (e.g., to 4x5, 5x5, 5x6) to change the icon size, with a larger number for the rows/columns indicating smaller icons. Tap Done to apply your changes. Too Slow for Daily Use

It looks nice and has enough storage, but it is too slow. It takes a long time to open apps or move between screens. This made it hard to use every day. I thought a 5G phone would be faster. I would not recommend it if you want a phone that works quickly.

I had a cheap motorola that started to have some battery issues so I got this, and I hate it because it is so slow and unresponsive.I don't even know how they can justify selling it.
