    Good basic cell phone, but the battery is awful! If you need an inexpensive cell phone, this one will do. Be aware, the battery needs charging OFTEN!

    This may be an ok phone as your kid's first phone (or grandma's last), but if you're trying to do anything serious, you'll be incredibly frustrated. It lags horribly. You can literally count the seconds between button press and reaction. Switching between apps is painful. Unless you're only working one app, this phone can't be used for gig work. I am returning mine and getting the A25+ instead. The only upside is that it is one of the few phones left that allow you to add an SD card.

    This phone stinks. I had a cheap motorola that started to have some battery issues so I got this, and I hate it because it is so slow and unresponsive.I don't even know how they can justify selling it. And i'm just talking about navigating around the phone , minimizing, maximizing, swiping , it sucks.

    This phone was not too much of a good choice it freezes up at times and the camera quality not optimal for a Samsung phone i wish i could return it like i did the other one

    Drop down box appears when I'm in another app and the phone is ringing it gives me the option to answer it but the person on the other end of the line cannot hear me and we often get disconnected. Does not tell me when I have a new text msg. Very unhappy with this purchase. I want to get another phone. I sure hope I can return this and get a different one.

    The phone had to be replaced because he first one wouldn't charge. It's an okay phone, but it's not the same as the Galaxy phones.

    I feel like I am back with a windows 98 PC. This thing is a piece of absolute junk. Bought just over a month ago and had to ctrl alt del reset because it froze completely. If you work gigs at all especially Flex your battery will not last the shift, last war a silly app game runs absolutely terribly. I cannot find fixes for this particular phone like stopping certain notifications(I know where notifications are), google opens tabs on the bar, and syncing to my car is even a nightmare for yt music. I'd say you get what you pay for but I guess I am old school where $200 is a decent amount of money for a phone. Thought this problem was only restricted to fast food and their bad products but Merica needs to step it up.

    I did not expect much when I got this phone. I knew it would not be as good as the higher grade ones. For the most part, it's OK at best. If you plan to have apps on it and have ANY load on it, it will lag, stop working, and sometimes restart on its own. It is good for phone, and maybe news apps, anything heavier than that and the performance will start degrading drastically.
