Disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Due it's lack of memory (4 GB) this phone freezes frequently and needs to be rebooted. Not being a gamer I thought 4 gigs would be enough for phone use and texting. The MAJOR problem for me the phone locks out using your wifi for a hotspot and allows you to use your data only. I find this totally unacceptable as my previous Samsung phone allowed wifi use. My next phone will not be a Samsung I should be allowed to chose how I use my hotspot.

Worst phone I have ever own

It's slow, lagging, not responsive, very difficult to use it for anything. I just have to delete most of the app or it will not even run, it definitely not worth the money, please, don't waste your hard earned money on this. Samsung products are usually very good but why they made such a junk like this, unbelievable.

Weak reception .

Mobile 5G service is only available in certain cities but will be available in more cities soon. If you are in a coverage area, the device may switch to LTE during periods of heavy use to maintain optimal device performance. Whenever 5G coverage is unavailable, your phone will automatically fall back to 4G or 3G speeds. Check if your phone is displaying the 5G indicator on the status bar. If it isn't, your phone is using either 4G or 3G. The 5G indicator's appearance will vary based on the carrier. You get what you pay for

Not a Good Phone

When I leave it to charge overnight, it only charges intermittently even though when I plug it in, it shows that it is charging. I then have to charge it during the day, and, it takes an extremely long time to charge (up to 6 hours). When it does fully charge, it will not hold the charge even when it isn't being used. The screen is not responsive, and I have had calls go to voicemail or people hang up because I haven't been able to answer the call. Unfortunately, apparently I kept it past Best Buy's return time, which I didn't know about, and now my only option is to return it to Samsung, which is not an option as I need my phone.
