The camera is great but if you need to do dilvery apps or expect anytjing to move fast this one is not it. Its just as slow as my old A13

What's it on modern touches of technology that she likes but it doesn't go overboard. The price is also great $250 with damage insurance included for 2 years

Worst phone I've ever used

My previous was a $149 and it was multiple times over, better than this. At 3 years old it was better than this thing, brand new. I only got this becssue i dropped and shattered my last one. Everyone said Samsung would be so much better and worth more money (you can tell im not someone who cares about having the best phone, nor wants to spend a full weeks paycheck on one). So wrong. This thing is unbelievably slow and unresponsive. It takes 5 tries to unlock. It took me 8 minutes just to get the browser to this page to leave a review! Apps crash constantly. Volume button takes multiple pushes to bring up the slider on screen. Its constantly lagging multiple clicks or characters typed as I attempt to perform the most simple of functions. I cant open another app while the library app is playing a book, or while listening to music, becasue the audio stops & stutters if the phone is asked to dp something else, like, god forbid, recieve a text. Utter disappointment.

Right away, there were issues with bootloops, and it got worse over 2 weeks. The Geek Squad found a way for me to exchange it for one of the same model from a diffferent lot, and there have been no problems at all with the replacement.
