Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Phone is acting strange When I hit one app icon, then another app icon blinks and no app opens Sometimes screen freezes and I have to reboot Also the keyboard sometimes will not let me type and if it does then it will back up by itself and then an app will open Very strange I did uninstall my uber app and rebooted phone and getting better interface function once I did that I suspected uber app may have caused issue bcz its the app that kept blinking and opening when i did not want it to Once uber even ordered a ride for me that I wasnt ready for bcz phone activated rideshare while in my pocket!

Pros: Very good picture quality for the price. The screen is bright, sharp, and clear. Works fine for basic tasks and single-app use. Cons: The phone overheats frequently. It freezes quite often. It does not handle multitasking well. I also had a disappointing customer service experience. I tried to return the phone within 10 days of purchase, but the store representative told me I would have to pay to exchange it. After calling customer service, I was informed that the representative gave me incorrect information. Since I was still within the 15-day return period, I should have been offered an exchange or a refund. Unfortunately, I was given bad information, which made the experience frustrating. am not told to contact Samsung about my issues
