Great Phone

It has all the features I need. The camera is user-friendly, and the picture quality is very good. Lots of storage, and with the addition of an SD card, you should have room for all your great photographs. It has many of the features of more expensive phones. Charging time is very quick and the battery lasts for about 2 days or more, depending on useage. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Frustrating

Most everything you’re doing in this phone you will be frustrated with the lagginess, app, crashing, and inability to multitask. I plan on selling this phone soon.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. When your Galaxy phone or tablet freezes or crashes, it can be really nerve-wracking. The good news is that this can probably be fixed without having to send it in for service. Performing simple actions like rebooting and updating the software are just a couple of the things you can do to prevent freezes and crashes in the future. Usage is primarily as a mobile phone, little texting and video watching. No game playing. Routine usage of Signal for family and taking some snapshots. Researched online and found the A17 5G 128GB. Best Buy had a competitive price. Salesman was personable, patient, and knowledgeable.

It lags with more than 3 apps running at once. I would have preferred to pay $250 and have this device with 8GB RAM, I might even have settled for 6GB RAM? Better off with a Motorola G which does not lag as much as this phone. I am certain that the Samsung One UI skin is just a little too much for an Exynos 1330 with 4GB RAM. I gave it three stars instead of two because the camera is not too shabby and the screen is fantastic.
